Reminder sent in error

Hi!

I have setup an event an it data (offline payment). I chose 10 days before event for 1st reminder. - All registered participant payed for that event and I changed their status to "paid". All participants got the reminder email to pay for that event. - What did I wrong of what is the missing setup to prevent that habbit?

The reminder email does not depend on payment status. In your case, look like you want to use it to remind users to complete payment for offline payment registration. Thank you for your quick response! I didn't set up that scheduled task. In the image you see my settings for the event (hopefully you understand the German). - For what are the settings in the last three lines? My expectations were that these act as a reminder. And it was also sent the reminder for offline payment: "offline_payment_reminder_email_body". Do I missunderstand the word reminder? Reminder vs. Payment Render?

Yes, you mis-understood the reminder. In your case, you want to send reminders to ask users to make payment in case they haven't yet. So it is payment reminder

The reminders you setup in the event is reminder. It can be used to send emails to registrants certain days before/after event started. It will always be sent, not depends on whether users completed payment for their registration or not
