Force new field on registrant list to populate

Hi Tuan

We have just added a field to the registrant list which is mapped to a field in Membership Pro.
The field is not currently populating (syncing) for registrations that have already been made and only for registrations that are made since we added the field to the public registrants list.

is there a way to force EB to sync the data from the MP field so that we can see the data for all registrants?

Unfortunately, there is no option for that. A custom script will need to be written and executed to update data for existing registrations

How much $$ for you to do this?

20 or 30$. I do not know exactly yet. Need to check your setup first. Also, it will be synchronized for all registrants or just registrants from one/certain events? Could you please submit support ticket and we will discuss further from there ?
