Separate tickets for each attendant

Hi!
we are using the TICKET TYPES plugin for all our events (Standard tickets, free tickets for students, etc.). That works well, however, after checkout the registrant gets only one pdf ticket, no matter how many tickets are purchased. We would like to have separate pdf tickets. The problem is, when using the ticket type plugin, it´s not possible to use group tickets. I have seen that this problem has been discussed here:

So I installed and activated the AUTO GROUP MEMBER PLUGIN, but the problems remains the same. What am I doing wrong?

Hi

You will need to edit the event, look at Ticket Types setting tab and set Collect Members Information to Yes from there

Then the system will collect members information for each ticket type and then each purchased ticket type will have it own PDF ticket

Thanks, that works - however, we dont want to collect all member names, only the registrant. Is that possible?

EDIT: I see that you can deactivate the fields for all members except the first one, but if I do so, there is still the form for member 1 plus the original form (with another name field). How does the AUTO MEMBER FILL plugin comes into play here?

In this case, you will need to enable and use Events Booking - Auto Group Members Generator plugin. Also, you need to edit event, look at Auto Group Members Settings tab, make sure Auto Generate Group Members set to Yes

And you will also need to perform a new registration (after Auto Generate Group Members set to Yes) and check the result for that new registration

Above, you wrote "look at Ticket Types setting tab and set Collect Members Information to Yes from there" - that was obviously a mistake, instead I just activated the switch in the tab "auto group member settings" (which appeared after activating the auto group member plugin). Just in case if someone is facing the same problems as me

OK. In case you have "Collect Members Information" set to Yes, no need to use Events Booking - Auto Group Members Generator plugin
