Middle Name - No Middle Name option

Is this possible on EB?

We have Middle Name field as Required. In some cases, there are delegates that really don't have Middle name. 

I've seen in several registration sites where I registered that there is a checkbox that says "I don't have Middle Name". When clicked, we can by-pass it even if it's Required.
The usual is that the Middle Name field is already displayed, and below it is the checkbox.

You can handle that use custom field dependency. Basically, you can create radio field with Yes/No option to allow users to choose if they have last_name field. Configure it so that the field will be shown for Yes and hide if No. Then it will work

Yeah, that would work. Though it's not neat looking since there is a Yes and No option - using Radio.
I was thinking that by default, the middle name field is visible and required. Then, below it, there is a checkbox "No Middle Name". When checked, the Middle Name disappears.

This is not something we support in the extension. At the end, last_name is just a custom fields like any other custom fields, so we do not have any special treatment for it
