I have an event which has currently has capacity 86. It is currently 'sold out' with 86 registrants.
We are planning to move it to a bigger venue so I have enabled waiting list for this event so that when we can confirm the venue change we can let new people know when new tickets are available.. but it just says 'sold out' an it seems the Waiting List option isn't available. I see that this option does work for other sold out events and people can join the waiting list.
What am I overlooking here? Perhaps there is some other setting that is preventing waiting list on this particular event
