Upcoming Events was created by Claire Ireland
Hi the 'Upcoming Events' sidebar should be showing events only for that day, but at the moment it is showing multiple entries of the same event over a series of days. I have checked the configurations and 'Show Upcoming Events' is set to 'Until The End Of Day'. Could you please let me know if there are any other settings I might need change? Many thanks

Hello Claire
Please edit the module, change Show Children Events parameter to No, then check it again to see if it works as you want?

Look like that's from Events Booking -> Configuration. You should check and change the parameter inside the module parameters

Go to System -> Site Modules, find that module, click on it to edit and change the parameter from there

Thanks, I have found it, changed it to 'no' (see screenshot), emptied the cache, but sadly the problem still exists

For this, I will have to check it directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it sorted
Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and link to the page which the module is being displayed so that I can check?
