Populate Data From Previous Subscription

When a Subscriber, upgrades a subscription, The custom fields don't update from the previous subscription. The custom fields have "Populate Data From Previous Subscription" & "Synchronize Data" set to Yes. I don't see any related variables in Configuration, Plan, Plug-ins, etc. The same fields do appear to be populating with a renewal. Any thoughts?

That's strange. For this, I will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell us what I need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
