PayPal administrator email notifications not sending

I'm trying to narrow down the source of this issue. The PayPal payments are going through - the client's treasurer verified.

But the Administrator is only receiving a notification for offline payments - no notification for PayPal payments.

As I was drafting this, another client (different website) reported a similar issue - that their clients are not receiving email confirmations.

Have recent updates (either to Joomla or EB) potentially broken the email confirmation/notification process?

It could be because PayPal IPN Messages (which is used to notify EB about the payment) could not reach your site for some reasons. Please submit a support ticket so that we can guide you for the next steps
