Ticket number for group booking

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the ticket number when a group booking is made.

I’ve set up a group booking where only the person in charge is required to enter their information.

When an individual booking is made, the [TICKET_NUMBER] value in the generated PDF is correct and follows the numbering I’ve configured (e.g., "PLV0003").

However, when a group booking is made, the value generated is always "PLV0000" and does not follow the expected numbering.

Is there something I need to configure, or is this the expected behavior?

So I checked on the site and found that issue happens because group members information are not collected for group registration on the site. There are two options here :

- Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Collect Members Information For Group Registration config option to Yes
- Or if you do not want to collect members information, enable this plugin docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plugins/auto-group-members
