Field Mapping - MP to EB

HI Tuan

I am struggling to map a couple of fields from Membership Pro to Event Booking.
I have the plugin Events Booking - Membership Pro enabled
I have then set up my field in Event booking and used the 'Fields Mapping' dropdown to choose the field to sync.

I have chosen the Field Type in EB as 'hidden' - as I do not want the registrant to have to complete the field, but I do want admin to be able to review the data on public registrants list.

What am I missing to get them to sync.

Any ideas come to mind?

Hi Alison

You cannot use Hidden field type. It is not used for that purpose (the value won't be viewable)

So you need to use a different field type, best use the same field type with type of the field in Membership Pro

OK I have set it to same as MP but still not working. I will look again tomorrow.
