Available Tags / Common Tags availability

It seems that the very tags I need to use for some messages are not available. I have set up the most commonly used Email Messages with templates for my customers. Sometimes, they want to use the template directly in the event to override the default.

Here's an example with the Group Member Email Body:

The [EVENT_END_DATE_TIME] isn't populating. Why does the [EVENT_DATE] work, and the {EVENT_END_DATE_TIME] not work?

The [LOCATION_NAME] and [LOCATION_ADDRESS] were not included (this was a Zoom meeting, and the overridden version would replace that information with the Zoom link).

[PCC_ADDRESS] is a Common Tag that contains the client's address - but it did NOT populate.

When I first started using Events Booking and Membership Pro, I created a spreadsheet to show which Emails & Messages items could be overridden with an event-level template so I could learn more quickly. But the tags seem to only work in some cases and I can't be sure where they do/don't work without more extensive testing.

Any assistance in clarifying how these work and why they don't always work would be helpful.

There tags are supported, so unless there is something wrong with your setup, it should work well

For this, I will have to check it directly on your site to see why it is not working. So please submit a support ticket so that we can check it further

Checking this more carefully, I realized that these tags are not supported for group member emails. I just updated code to support it. Could you please check it again to see if it works as expected?

For the benefit of other readers of this forum and this question, will the next version of Events Booking include these code modifications?

The confirmation and group member emails need to contain the details of the event they registered for - the start and end dates and times, the location or Zoom link information, etc.
