extra PayPal plug ins was created by Jim Waterfall
Is it possible to have extra PayPal plugins similar to what is offered for off line payments? Reason for asking is that some of my event organisres want to charge a surcharge for PayPal payments and some do not

If many plugins are needed, we will need to charge you small fee. But if just 1 or 2, we will do it for you for free
