Coupon Code created, but no field at checkout

Can you please assist? I set up a coupon code and have enabled it, I guess, and when I go to test it for the specific events that I have listed, there is no field showing at checkout to input the code. I attached a screenshot.

For this, we will need to check it directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it sorted. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and send us link to the page which I can see register for the event and see the issue

Hi Tuan - I realized finally that I needed to ENABLE that feature for that particular event. Did that and the coupon box showed up! Thanks for your prompt reply as always.

OK Hollie. Normally, the feature will be inherited from Configuration. Maybe in that event, you set Enable Coupon to No and that causes the issue
