Hi Tuan, 

I have a paid Event. If my user book and pay for the event and he want to cancel the event, the money will refund to him automatically when he click cancel or admin need to manual go to back-end to process the refund ?

Hi

Refund is not processed when users cancel registration. So Yes, admin will need to process refund manually
