Hello to the last Updaet they wrote that you should do the following.

- Remove the usages of deprecated Table::getInstance method. This is to make sure the extension continue working well with future releases of Joomla when the deprecated method is removed.

Please explain how and where.

It is just we update code of our extension to remove usage of the deprecated Joomla API method. You do not have to worry about it
