Some registrations that were pending were canceled

Some registrations for our event called Ecobrasil are being canceled with the message below, received by email.
But I, who am the administrator, did not cancel any of the registrations, which were pending.
can you help me?

"Dear administrator
The registration #439 from Elane Silva for Ecobrasil 2024 has just been cancelled by  administrator ().
Regards,
Administrator Team"

Guess these registrants registered for the event using offline payment method and did not make payment? If so, I think it is handled by this plugin docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plug...fline-payment-handle

You can disable the plugin to prevent the behavior. Or edit the plugin, set Number Days To Cancel Registration parameter to 0 and it will solve the issue, too
