With menu items, getting error "You must specify a non-empty path to clean"

Hi:

I currently have Joomla! version 5.0.3. When I create or try to edit a menu item for JoomDonation and/or Events Booking (I use both extensions on our website), I get the following error message:An error has occurred.

0 You must specify a non-empty path to clean

I also attached a screenshot with the debug on. Any help appreciated. This error doesn't happen when creating other menu types, from Joomla or other extension providers.

Look like you forgot to upload the screenshot. Could you please re-upload it? Or better submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site

Must be something special on your site because it is working fine for us and for other customers
