If the registrant's email address is same as the zoom login email address, it is giving 400 error code and is not working. Is this expected?

Where do you see that 400 error code? Could you please make a screenshot showing me that error so that I can understand where the error comes from ?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site ?

I would like to check it directly on your site. Hopefully, there are more detailed error information from the log so that we can understand this issue better
