Prevent more than one inscription whichever the event is

I would like customers with a user registered can only register for one event. Even althougt it is another event respect the one he is registered. Is it possible? Thank you very much!

So basically, you only want each user to be able to register for only one event on your site? If so, that's not possible. You would need to perform customization to the code if you want to have it works like that

I will manage to do for myself. I have done some other modifications to the code to match the component with my needs. But only if you could help me a bit. Only if you know which piece of code check a user  to prevent a duplicate registration like: if ($config->prevent_duplicate_registration).... Maybe I can add something like if($config->prevent_duplicate_registration && $userHasAnotherEvent). I can create this $userHasAnotherEvent variable connecting to the DDBB and check if the user has another event without problem. But I don´t know where to put it....

You can start by installing and enabling this plugin. If someone logged in and registered for at least one event, he won't be allowed to register for other events anymore

You can adjust the plugin code to add your own logic if needed. But the plugin is a good start

Thanks for the plugin, but it doesn´t work for me, don´t know why. I installed it, I activated it but.... I can register in more than one event... It works for me the option to prevent a user register in the same event that comes natively, but not the new you gave me. Any clues?

For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of the site and :

1. The account which you are using to register the event

2. Send me link to the event which you should not be allowed to register but you can still register for it

I will then check to see why it is not working and get it sorted for you
