HELP! Getting Error zero when registering

Getting error 0 when someone clicks to register for an event but the registration goes through. bayportfdevents.org

It could cause by certain plugin on your site. For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and send me link to the page which I can perform registration and see the error
