Invoice changes not showing on pdf

I have no clue why this happens. For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and tell me ID of the registration record which we can download invoice and see this error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Dear Tuan,
Can u provide me an answer to what the cause of the problem was?
I have a similar problem.
All changes I make to the invoice layout are not implemented in the PDF itself

Hi Bas

Usually, it happens because you changed invoice in wrong place. For example :

- In configuration of Events Booking, there is two config options for invoice layout. If you are using shopping cart, you need to change layout in Invoice Format (Shopping Cart) config option. But if you are not using shopping cart, you need to change layout in Invoice Format config option
- Or maybe you configure invoice layout inside the event. For this, change layout in configuration won't take affect. You need to edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab and change invoice layout from there

Yes, it was the second invoice I wasn't changing, I didnt scroll down far enough to see it.
