Invoice changes not showing on pdf

Invoice changes not showing on pdf was created by Alison
HI Tuan
I have changed some of the tex on the inovice via EB>Configuration>Invoice Settings
But when I download an actual invoice PDF the text remains as it was before and does not show the changes.
I do not have invoices set in the individual events.
There must be something simple I am missing, any ideas?

How the text is set up in configuration (after changes have been made)
How the text is showing in the PDF invoice (this was the text from before the change)
