Is it possible to prevent the integration of openstreetmap if this is switched off by the user in the privacy settings?

- In case users do not want to display the map, not sure what would be displayed ?

The User controls this via the consent tool.

for the map, I want a message like "In order to see the map you have to consent here.
(with "here" as an link to the consent tool.)

Honestly, this could not be something in core but a customized feature. And for this, better contact the developer of Web357 and ask them to do this customization as they understand this consent concept better than anyone else
