child events showing in list and under parent

Hi Tuan

In config I have Show Children Events In Parent Event Detail Page selected, on the page (which is pulled from menu item Categories-Events List)  it is showing both the option to view all the events under the parent (1) and then also lists the child events (2) -(see screenshot below)

I want the child events to only show when the user clicks into the parent event.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Alison

In the menu item, there is a parameter called Hide Children Events. Could you please set it to Yes, then check it again to see if it solves the issue ?
