close button on event terms pop up

Hi Tuan

Is it possibe to enable a close button or a 'X' to close the Term And Condition Article when registering.
I know it can open in a new window, and I know that it is easily close by clicking outside the box but my client asked the question.
So if there is a simple way to do this that would be good.
