Conditional Text - Check if field is empty

Hi,

I was trying to set up a message where a certain text is displayed only if a specific field has information entered. In particular, in the message I only want to show the information entered in a second address line in case the user has entered anything in that field. What would be the [VALUE_TO_COMPARE] to be used?

[VALUE_TO_COMPARE] will just be an empty string in this case
