generate invoice after event was created by Julius
we have events without pariticipants registration as users and participants payment on spot of the event.
Is there a possibility to generate an invoice for specific/all participants after the event is over?
Thanks in advance

Hi Julius
How about going to Events Booking -> Registrants, create registration records from there for that event? That would generate invoice

Hi Tuan,
as we use Events Booking only ones in a year for a single event with 240 Participants, we do not want to register the participants as users into joomla.
Is there another possibility to produce an invoice for the people that for example registred, but did not come and payed on the spot?
Kind regards
Julius

Hi Julius
When you create a new registration record, you do not need to create Joomla user account for these registrations
You just need to go to Events Booking -> Registrants and create a new registration record from there (without Joomla user account needed) and invoice will be generated for that registration. So I don't really understand the problem you are having here ?

Hello Tuan,
the situation is as following:
Registration opened April 8. 2023.
189 people registered.
Event was April 28th until 30th.
In the configuration I had not turned on the invoices.
Now after the event I would like to produce invoices from the existing registrations.
Hope I described it good enough…
Kind regards and many thanks for your efforts!

Hi Julius
In this case, I'm afraid of we will need to write and execute custom code to generate invoice for these registrations. Please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. Tell me ID of this event
I will take a look at it data to see if we can come up with a solution

Thank you for the fast response Tuan!
I made a workaround and produced the invoices externally already.
But maybe this is a feature for the future?
Kind regards
Julius

Hi Julius
I don't think this could be a feature. Maybe there would be a tool for this task. But it does not take priority for me for now
