The [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] is not showing location or event times.

Hi,

The individual event dates and times are not showing up inside the tag [REGISTRATION_DETAIL].

As you see in the "OLD version" attachment vs the "NEW version" attachment the event date and time is shown for each event. I can add the date/time and location at the top, but that only works if they signed up for a single event.

How do I edit the [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] tag to show the individual event locations and date/time separately as seen in the "OLD version" attachment? (it's called "Class Date" and shows the event date and time)

Hi Erick

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, set Show Event Date
config option to Yes and it will be displayed

Hi Tuan,

Looking back into this and The Event Date and time shows up in the [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] info, but I'm still missing the event location for each event.

What am I missing?

Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show Location In Email config option to Yes and it should be shown

I missed your previous question. The setting is only used for Individual / Group Registration

From what I see, you are using shopping cart, so location won't be shown there. If you want to show location, customization to the code will be needed. The file you need to perform customization is components/com_eventbooking/themes/default/emailtemplates/email_cart.php

Thanks Tuan,

The photo I attached in the post above is from the email that goes out to registrants and to the admin after they sign up for an event.
Is the:

components/com_eventbooking/themes/default/emailtemplates/email_cart.php

the file I would still need to customize in order for the email to show the location of the event?
