Hi,
I'm trying to import registrants from a J3 installation to a J4 installation.
The export of the registrants is fine, but for the import the message is always:
"There are total 0 registrants code imported" and no registrants are imported.
What could be the problem here?
Petra

Hi Petra
Do not export and import. Better move data via database, see eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...e-site-to-a-new-site
Regards,
Tuan

I also tried the Export/Import feature and it did not import the registrants. Is the database the only way to get this done? Most of us that use Events Booking are not very comfortable messing around with the database. I did try to export the prefix eb tables and import them into the new database. I got an error that the tables already exist. When I went into the Registrants list on the new site, I see that all registrants after 2018 were erased. This seems a little involved when EB has an export/import feature. Is there another way?

Hello Lon
If you want to import registrants, please remove id column from the exported file (otherwise, the system will try to find the existing registrants and update instead of instead of inserting new registrant)
After that, try to import it. It should work

I removed the ID column and uploaded it. It did not work. It seems to stop at registrants from 2019. No more after that show up. I had to upload it as a CSV because the system only accepts xls not xlsx.
