Registration failure Your registration failed. Reason DUPLICATE was created by Rod King

This duplicate error shows even for separate events. Is there a timing parameter where I cannot register for two different events within a specific time frame? period?

This error message is returned by payment gateway. So the question here is what payment gateway you are using and get that error?

It seems to be a timing issue with eh server, website, merchant, or component.
