How to update from 3.15.1 to 4.4.0

How do i update my site from 3.15.1 to 4.4.0, i have a valid download ID and it is not expired. The link in My downloads is listed as expired???

We provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase. So if you purchased the extension in less than one year, it should be possible to upgrade

If you purchased the extension in more than one year, the subscription is expired and you will need to renew to upgrade
