Clarification on User Cancellation process

HI Tuan

I am thinking about allowing users cancel their event places themselves (we currently only let them cancel if they email us and then we do it manually).
  1. Can you clarify how the software knows that they have a place booked?  does it only work for registered users?
  2. if they have used group booking can they cancel just one registrant off their booking or would they need to cancel the whole booking?

Hello Alison

1. It works for both registered users and for none registered users. You can include cancellation link in the email and users can click on the cancellation link to cancel their registration. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...l-their-registration

2. We do not have an option to allow cancel a single group member only. If someone cancel group registration, the whole group would be cancelled
