Show subscriptions child events - Registrants List

Hi Tuan,

I am a bit lost, can you help me with the following question?
In case of one event, we are able to see the subscriptions and the export button. (after login - frontend). The 'Registrants List' plugin is enabled.
But when we use a main event with child events, we don't see anything.
Are we missing something here or is it just not possible?

So are you saying that when you access to the parent event (with children event), you do not see export button?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to that event
