Hi,
having installed Events booking, the view of configuration does not show on top the button bar to save. I can find it far below, not usable, with the error message:
0 3 arguments are required, 2 given
So, what is wrong?

What language you are using to login to administrator area of your site? Could you try to login using English language to see if you still see the error?
I remember there could be a problem with the Code mirror editor plugin in certain language causing this error
It is a bug in several Joomla core languages package (code mirror editor). I will report this bug to Joomla report and hopefully, have it fixed before next Joomla 4.2.1 release
