Stripe Payment plugin

Hi Tuan 

We just took our first payment via Stripe but the website did not register a registrant nor send the registrant any nofication I wondered if you could advise what may have happened. I have set it up in accordance with the readme notepad instructions. 

Any advice please?

Usually, it happens because Stripe Webhook was not configured properly. Could you please check and make sure you configured webhook as described at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...eckout#configuration ?

Make sure you entered Signing Secret parameter in the Stripe payment plugin, too

Ah no i havent done this is the same as the secret key ?

You can get it from the webhook URL. See the attached screenshot
