Show coupon code

Hello 

Where can I activate the coupon code? The field should be below the login data and the payment selection.

Hello

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Enable Coupon config option to Yes and you should see coupon code displayed on registration form (in case you setup valid coupon code )

this is exactly what i wanted to do, but i don't seem to have this option in the cofiguration. I only have "Show coupon code in subscriber list" and that doesn't change anything.

That's strange. Please see the attached screenshot. If you still could not find it, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site

Coupon box is not showing on my event registration pages either

You need to have:

- Enable Coupon config option set to Yes
- And have at least one valid coupon for that event

Both conditions must meet to have the coupon enabled. If you could not figure out what's wrong, please submit a support ticket so that we can check it for you
