Translation In Events Booking error

Translation In Events Booking error was created by Patrick DELVA
Hello Forum members,
I have a problem in Events Booking ->Translation.
I want everything in French in the frontend.
Installed the “eventbooking-fr-FR.zip” extension.
But still on the frontend all is in Dutch (see photo Translation_001)
When I go to Events Booking ->Translation
I see “Frontend Language” and “fr-FR” (see photo Translation_01)
When I click “Save”, or do something else like change “fr-FR” to “nl-NL”, I receive:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource --> See photo Translation_02

What’s wrong ?

Hi Patrick

The forbidden error happens because your hosting provider blocks the request for some reasons (usually causes by security rule). For that, please contact your hosting provider support, ask them to check

They should be able to check and get it sorted for you

Hi Tuan,

Error is gone, thanks, but the frontend is still in Dutch…I want French.
In the documentation -> in Multilingual I find information about Categories, Events, Location…
I have settings in translation to “fr-FR”
I have still my site in Dutch, see photos Translation_001 and Translation_01 In my first message
Where to look ??

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket send us super user account of your site and link to the page which we can see the issue. We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
