missing translations front-end

Hello,
Well about evnts fields but where to find the top sentence: "Please enter personnal..." ?
I translated several pages of front-end in French and dis not see it.

Translating is a bit frustrating because if you press enter you lose all you are doing. I lost a complete page, one hour of work.

I also noticed the search does not work on back-end translations.

To translate that message, go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, find the message and change it to meet your need

Hello,
I managed to translate the subscription/renewal form. Only the header "Please enter information on the form below to process renew subscription for 1 Maand Pilates Low Flow for 1 maand." remains a problem.
I cannot locate the place to change this.
Can you send me the language pack for Dutch as well please?
I am using Membership Pro
