Although they are specified correctly in the settings some fields are translated during registration, others not.

Hi Klaus
You need to go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, click on each custom field to edit and change title directly from there.
Sometime, you need to change the messages (displayed on the form or on the email as well). In this case, you need to access to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages to find and change the message
