We have a very serious problem. Registrants fill in the form and click"Registration Confirmation". Some people then think they are done! Despite large font, RED, warnings, they do not wait for the confirmation and review it, then click "Process Registration". They may be puzzled by not getting a confirming email but they show up anyway. If, as often happens, the event is full, this causes serious problems.
Do you have any suggestions? Could a note be added next to the Registration Confirmation? (what might I hack to add it?). I know that we can't stop them from clicking "X" or BACK or, even turning off the computer but we need some way to make it less likely.
