Event Disapeared

Not sure what just happened, but I can't see me event online anymore. I was modifiing the event basic information, and now the event does not show up online for users to register.

Please advise.

Maybe you did a wrong setting of your set event date to a past date ? Event Booking has a config option which allows you to hide past events and that might be the reason . Could you please send me administrator account of your site via support ticket system so that I can check your setting ?

I sent you an email, Did you get it? I can't submit a support ticket. It keeps telling me that Subject and Description is required. I am putting this in.

I created a support ticket. If I show past events they are listed but the events are current with current dates. SO I am not sure what I am missing.

I went to your site and saw that the events you created are showed, so it was something wrong with your setting (please note that your event date is a past date (06-07-2007) so it will be hided when you set Hide Past Events config option to Yes .

Ok, so once the start date is reached the event will be hidden. I thought that the event would be hidden based on the cut off date.

It is hided based on Event Date not cut of date . Usually cut off date "comes" before event date (for example, if an event start at 20 June, the cut off date should be 19 June so that users cannot register for events when events started) .

Is it clear ?
