Group reg not showing was created by jenslund
I can't seem to be able to get the

Register (Individual)
Register (Group)

I only get
Register and Invite friend.

I have set the Event to Registration type: "Both"

Hi

Go to Event Booking -> Configuration, looks at Multiple Booking config option in general tab, set it to No and you will be able to use both individual and group registration .
