Marking Registrants as "PAID"

Hello,

I have found all of the features and options available in this component to be very useful -- it is by far the best that I have found.

I do have one question regarding registrants. Is there a way to mark a registrant as "paid"? For example, if someone chooses to pay off-line, it would be nice to be able to mark them as a "paid" registrant once their check or CC info arrives in the mail, so that the CSV export would be accurate.

Is this possible?

Hi Ron

Yes . This feature is available . When you receive payment from registrants, you can simply mark the registration status of the corresponding registration record to paid . It is a built-in feature of the extension .

Thank you for the fast response.

I do not see a way to edit the paid status. When I edit a registrant record (by going to the "Registrants Management" link), it gives me the option to edit name, address, etc, but it does not provide a way to edit the payment status. Should I be looking in another place?

Hi,

There are two ways to do this.

1. in the list of registrants, on the far right side, there is a an item called "payment status". Simply click this to mark as paid
2. click into a registrant's record and right down the bottom there's a drop-down box where you can simply update the paid status

Hope this helps.

Perhaps I am using a different version.

On the registrants list, the payment status icons are not clickable.

On the registrant record, there is no "payment status" pull-down.

I am using version 1.2.0 -- is there perhaps a newer version that includes these payment status features?

Yes. It was a very old verison. The latest version is 1.3.3 . Please follow the instruction at joomdonation.com/index.php?option=com_ku...iew&catid=65&id=8498 to download the latest version and upgrade to your site .
