Trying to change a failure message (First Data)

Hello,

When I input incorrect information in the credit card fields for First Data I am directing back to my website with the following page showing:

"Purchase failure
Your purchase has failed
Reason "


That is all that is showing. Where do I edit this page so I can add some possible reasons the credit card was denied beings the actual reason isn't being sent back? The url that it is directing me back to is this

"/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=failure&payment_method=os_firstdata&id=89&Itemid=30"

Any help on this would be AWESOME!

Just to clarify, I wanted it to fail on purpose so I could see what it would do. Glad I did, because my customers are going to need some sort of reason if their purchase fails.

Any ideas on this?

Hello?????? Anyway to reply back to me soon? I have gone live with the site because I can't hold off any longer. The site does not show a reason for failure. How can I solve this? Is this a bug? Or just my site?
