I am getting the following error when trying to process a payment with the first data payment plugin:
It is not possible to order from the store at this time.
Contact the merchant for further information (error 1002).
I am not sure why I am all of a sudden getting this error. I created a temp account with first data that had a store name. I put my domain for the order submission form and all worked. Now I had to put a different storename into the payment plugin, I went and changed the info on first data side and am getting the error of all of a sudden. It appears all of the settings are correct, but I am still getting the error. Site is going live in T minus 10 hours, without this working we are going to lose some heavy revenue.
