Problem : confirmations Mail and unsubscribe

1 / I have a problem with payment confirmations "Payment Offline", there is no mail to send confirmation of payment.

2 / I can not get the unsubscribe button.

=> Maybe it is something with the setting of your mail server. Can you have a look at the forum posts below :

2 / I can not get the unsubscribe button.

=> To allow users to cancel their registration, you need to :

- Set Enable Cancel property of the event to Yes .

- You need to create a menu item to link to registration history view of the extension. Registrants will access to that menu item, edit the registration record or cancel their registration .

Thank you for your reply, but none of the solutions you give me work.

When I click the cancel button, it does not m'annule my registration and when I change my settings mail that does not work.

I'll try searching again.
