Total amount showing an extra fee?????

Why is this showing before the person clicks "Process Registration? Total amount $20.00(including $20.00 extra fee). That is very confusing to customers and this needs to be addressed asap as it could keep people from purchasing tickets on my website. The "extra" fee does not show up in the total amount when trying to purchase, as there shouldn't be an extra fee. Is this a configuration I am missing?

Yes, It is configurable . There are many config options in Event Booking make it a flexible extension.

In this case, go to Event Booking -> Translation, find the language item EB_TOTAL_AMOUNT_INCLUDE_FEE . Right now, It is set to %s(including %s extra fee). Just change it to %s (remove the including extra fee text) and It will work like you want !

I did what you instructed and it is still showing the extra fee for individual tickets that people register for. It took care of the extra fee showing for group registration. How to fix this for Individual as well? This one is an important fix lol. I dont want people thinking we are charging them an extra fee.

You didn't. I said you need to change the language item EB_TOTAL_AMOUNT_INCLUDE_FEE but you changed EB_AMOUNT_INCLUDE_FEE . I had to go to your site to change it and It looks fine now . Please go to your site to check it !
