Required fields when registering group members

Required fields when registering group members was created by mjhi11
Believe I've set everything up correctly but if you visit these pages you'll see that when choosing to register members of a group, it doesn't appear that all of the fields I've selected show up, and they also don't appear as "required fields".
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

No problem mjhi11. It is a common mistake which users make, that's the reason I posted it under the forum

I tried my best to make the extension flexible (In this case, you see, you can change the settings for individual event) but sometime It makes things confusing for users . So when you have questions, just ask
