How to add a Field in Billing Fields

How to add a Field Type dropdown:
- M.
- Mrs.
- Miss
- Dr.
in Billing Fields and also in another text field ?

In the current version of the extension, you cannot placed custom fields above First Name fields. All custom fields must be placed under "Core Fields" such as first name , last name....

I will integrate the feature which allows re-ordering all fields on registration form from version 1.3.4 .
