Questions and some problems with the eventbooking! was created by beennie
I have installed eventbooking 1.5 on my Joomla site. I've countered some problems or have questions I hope you can help me with.
1. I get a 404 error status when I submit a registration. What could be the problem? It worked fine when I had the acces level to registered.
2. How can I add a VAT notification in the eventtable.
It should say:
- Event
- Date & Time
- Price
- VAT
-Total price
3. Is there another way to make a registeroverview without using jomsocial. Jomsocial is to advanced for what I want to have.
4. Somehow I'm not able to get the groupreservation to work.
I hope you can help me. My website is www.opleidingenvoorhoreca.nl
Kind Regards
PS. I have solved problem 1 & 3.

=> You will need to create two custom fields for Events (note that It is custom fields for EVENTS, not for Registration Form). To do that, please follow the steps below :
+ Go to Event Booking -> Configuration. Looks at the config option Event Custom Field and set it to Yes .
+ Now, when you create / edit event, you will see a tab called Extra Information where you can enter extra information for your events. Right now, two sample custom fields created : A textbox custom field and a text area custom fields. To add more custom fields (in this case, you need to add VAT and Total price custom field), please open the file components/com_eventbooking/fields.xml, edit it to meet your need .
Hope this help !
Regards,
Tuan
PS : I attached the modified fields.xml here . You can simply get this file, unzip it and upload to components/com_eventbooking folder of your site .
