Terms & Conditions in IE8 not appearing in "popup" was created by dc41
I've run into a strange issue with the Terms and Conditions popup in Internet Explorer 8. When a user clicks on the T&C link it does not generate a popup. It loads the existing page with the T&C article. That's a problem because the back button takes them back to a blank form.
Interestingly, the T&C popup works fine in both Firefox 4 and Chrome. Is there an IE compatibility mode setting I missed?
Thanks!
